Introduction

DROGOAI LLC ("Drogo," "we," "our," or "us") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices and rights you have, when you use the Drogo web application, mobile application, or Discord bot integration (together, the "Service"). It should be read together with our Terms of Use. Drogo does not collect your brokerage account credentials and does not connect to your brokerage or bank accounts.

Information We Collect

Information you provide directly

• Account information: the email address or third-party sign-in credential you register with, and any profile details you add.
• Content you create: the Strategies, Watchlists, and other configuration you set up in the Service.
• Messages you send us: if you use our contact form, we receive your name, email address, subject, and message. If you use our sales form, we receive your first and last name, work email, job title, company name, and company size, plus anything you add in the details field.

Information collected automatically

Like most software, the Service necessarily generates technical and usage data as part of operating — for example, request logs and which features you use — to keep the Service running, secure, and able to diagnose problems.

Information from third parties

If you sign in with a third-party provider, we receive the basic profile information (such as your name and email) that provider shares with us. If you subscribe, our payment processor — Stripe for subscriptions purchased directly on drogo.live, or Apple or Google for subscriptions purchased through their stores — shares payment confirmation and subscription status with us. We do not receive or store your full card number; that is held by the payment processor.

How We Use Information

We use the information above to: operate the Service, including generating Analysis by applying the Methodology and Strategy you configure to the stocks you select; process payments and manage Subscriptions; respond to messages you send us; communicate with you about your account and, where you have separately opted in, about product updates; maintain the security of the Service and diagnose problems; and comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Use. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

Data Sharing and Disclosure

We share information with: service providers who host, secure, or operate the Service on our behalf, or who deliver email on our behalf (for example, the provider behind our contact and sales forms); payment processors (Stripe, Apple, Google) to process Subscriptions; legal or regulatory authorities where required by law or to protect our rights; and a successor entity in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to that successor honoring this Privacy Policy for previously collected data. We do not share your Strategies or Watchlists with other users or the public.

Data Retention

We retain information for as long as necessary to provide the Service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements, and delete or anonymize it when it is no longer needed for those purposes. See Your Rights and Choices below for how to request deletion sooner.

Your Rights and Choices

Deleting your account

You can permanently delete your account and its associated data at any time. In the app: open Settings → your profile → Delete Account and confirm — your account closes immediately and you are signed out. Or use the deletion request form on our contact page or email admin@drogo.live — we delete the account and all associated data within 30 days.

Access, correction, and marketing preferences

You can review and update your account details in the Service's settings, and opt out of marketing communications at any time using the link in those messages or by contacting us. To request a copy of your data or ask us to correct it, contact admin@drogo.live.

If you are in the European Economic Area or United Kingdom

You have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, or port your personal data, and to object to certain processing. We process your data to perform our contract with you (providing the Service), to comply with legal obligations, and, where you have consented, for marketing. You may lodge a complaint with your local data protection supervisory authority. If applicable law requires us to appoint an EU or UK representative, we will name them in this section and keep the designation current.

If you are a California resident

You have the right to know what personal information we collect, to request its deletion or correction, and to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information. We do not sell personal information and do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, so there is nothing to opt out of. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights. You may exercise them, including through an authorized agent, by contacting admin@drogo.live.

Security

We use technical and organizational measures designed to protect your data from unauthorized access, loss, or misuse. No system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Children's Privacy

The Service is intended for use by individuals 18 years of age or older, consistent with our Terms of Use. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If we learn that we have, we will delete it promptly — contact admin@drogo.live to report this.

International Data Transfers

We and our service providers may process your information in the United States and other countries, which may have data protection laws different from those in your country. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for these transfers.

Cookies and Similar Technologies

Our website stores your light/dark theme preference in your browser's local storage. This is used only to remember your display preference, is not used to identify or track you, and is not shared with any third party. Signing in to the Service uses functional session identifiers necessary to keep you logged in.

Third-Party Links and Services

The Service integrates with or links to third-party services we do not control, including Discord (for our bot integration) and TradingView (for charting). Your use of those services is governed by their own privacy policies, which we encourage you to review.

Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes take effect when posted on this page, and for a material change we will provide additional notice, such as an in-app notice or email.
